Delete your Meshlat account
Meshlat is operated by AltTabQ Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
You can request that your Meshlat account and associated personal data be deleted at any time. Use the in-app flow below (recommended), or contact us by email if you cannot access the app.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Meshlat app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Review the deletion options for your account type and confirm.
What each account type can delete
- Personal accounts: permanently delete the account and associated personal data.
- Freelance accounts (personal + vendor linked): choose to delete only the personal side, only the vendor side, or both.
- Business accounts: permanently delete the entire business account and related data.
Deletion for the chosen scope is permanent. Review the on-screen choices carefully before confirming.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email privacy@meshlat.com or support@meshlat.com with the subject line “Delete Meshlat account”. Include the phone number or email associated with your account so we can verify the request.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove personal data associated with that account, including for example:
- Profile information (name, photo, bio, and related account fields)
- Phone number and sign-in identifiers for that account
- Listings, posts, and other content tied to the deleted account scope
- Messages and in-app activity data associated with the account, where applicable
Retention
- Deleted account data is removed within 30 days in the normal course of processing.
- Limited records may be retained longer when required for legal compliance, safety investigations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution (generally up to 90 days, or longer if required by law).
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.
