Child Safety Standards

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Meshlat is operated by AltTabQ Private Limited. This page sets out our publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

These standards apply to the Meshlat mobile app and related services. They complement our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Meshlat strictly prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
  • Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM.
  • Content that sexualizes minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
  • Grooming, solicitation of minors, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
  • Any activity that endangers children or facilitates the exploitation of children.

Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Age and audience

Meshlat is intended for adults. Dating and other modes include mature themes. Users must meet the minimum age required by law and by our Terms. We do not design Meshlat as a children’s app, and we prohibit content involving sexualization of minors.

3. How we detect and address CSAM

  • Automated scanning — Images and videos uploaded to Meshlat are screened by automated safety systems for prohibited content, including suspected CSAM.
  • Removal — High-confidence CSAM and other severe violations are removed from the platform on detection.
  • Human review — Suspected CSAM is escalated for human review through our trust & safety process. Reviewers act on confirmed or highly likely CSAM without delay.
  • Account action — We may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in CSAE / CSAM, and preserve necessary records for lawful reporting.

4. In-app reporting

Users can report child safety concerns inside Meshlat:

  • Use Report on profiles, posts, listings, messages, Watch videos, live streams, and other content. Choose the Child safety reason when relevant and confirm the report is accurate and submitted in good faith.
  • Use Block to cut off further contact from another user.
  • Email safety@meshlat.com for urgent child-safety reports if you cannot use in-app reporting.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then report to Meshlat.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

Meshlat complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action — including removing the content — and we maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional or national authority (for example, NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable, and competent authorities in India such as those handling offences under POCSO and related IT law), with guidance from counsel as needed.
